VP Sales for dynamic, aggressively growing company

$100,000 base salary plus incentives

Become part of senior management in our high end, custom case and package manufacturing company, developing our sales team.  This newly created position reports directly to the president. If you believe that you have accomplished all you can at your current firm, are bored and looking for new challenges, consider Cases by Source.  Our supportive culture encourages, recognizes and compensates creativity, hard work and commitment.  While the focus of this position is sales management, we seek a strong leader with a keen awareness of how sales contribute to the business as a whole.  He/she will operationalize the strategic vision of the company, with the goal of doubling the sales revenues.

Although you will not have any day-to-day account responsibilities, you will work with the sales team to develop and close significant business at all company accounts and prospects. Incentives will be based on the achievement of the team, as well as other benchmarks

Prior success building, motivating, and managing a direct sales force (both inside and outside) doing B2B collaborative, relational sales is essential as is residing within a 1 hour commute of Mahwah, NJ.  You also must be very comfortable using a CRM system to track and report performance.
