Description

An ideal choice for firefighter, the Pelican 3700 Big Ed Photoluminescent flashlight has all the advantages of the PCL-3700Y — a hi-intensity Xenon lamp that produces a beam strong enough to cut through thick smoke and dust and a back-up emergency lamp housed behind the reflector; an unbreakable ABS body resists chemicals, water, and corrosion; rubber side grips that prevent slipping; an easy-to-operate push button switch on the side, and a built-in stainless steel clip for attachment to turnout coats and convenient hands-free use. This light is also Class 1, Div. 2 rated. The PCL-3700PL also features a lens ring that emits a bright glow in the dark. The photoluminescent material in the plastic absorbs the energy from any light source — fluorescent lights, the sun, or even the flashlight's own beam, making it easy to find in the dark.

The Big Ed 3700PL is powered by 4 C alkaline cells. Battery replacement for the PCL-3700PL is made easy via Big Ed's quick-change battery ejection system.
