1. Your Parts

This is where it starts — with your parts. Gather them, lay them out on a table and start configuring how you want your layout to look. Next, measure a rectangle that outlines your layout  — measuring length and width and finishing by measuring the depth of the tallest part. Finally, add 2” to every measurement and voila! You have your desired LxWxH for your custom case.

2. You Design It

Select a case (or feel free to start with foam only) that fits your desired LxWxH. With a quick click, launch the CasePro Designer design tool. Use the shape tools, custom draw, shape library or even upload a photo using the auto trace tool to start configuring your layout.

3. We Make It

Once you click order, your design is sent to our production floor to be made. In a few short weeks, you’ll receive your custom case to show off to the world.

Shape Library

Need a case for your tablet or camera? You can find the latest iPad or Nikon in the shape library. Don’t see your part there? Shoot us a quick note and if it’s something we think others will find useful,  we’ll absolutely build out a new library.

Design Area

It’s gotta look good, so this is where you make that happen. Simple coloring — gray and red — and validation rules enable you to design a case that not only looks great on screen but is actually manufacturable. See your case come to life and look good doin’ it.

Account Login

“Measure twice, cut once” — all dads everywhere definitely once said. And moms? They remind you to SAVE so you don’t lose your progress and punch a wall in anger. The last thing we want you to do is lose a design and spend your precious time recreating it when you could just be awaiting the arrival of your very awesome case. Create an account and save as many projects as you’d like, so you can access them at any point in the future.

Photo Trace

Have an intricate part with lots of groovy grooves and contoury contours? No problem, in fact, we love that. Snap a photo, upload it… and voila! A cavity is dropped into your design that perfectly conforms to your particularly-shaped part. But not like a dental cavity. The good kind of cavity.

Control Panel

This is your home base. From undo/redo and aligning to zooming and measuring, you can find everything and anything you need here. Need to design a 20-up laptop case? Drop in one laptop shape and duplicate it 19 times, then use the space alignment tool to instantly even space your cavities. And in a matter of seconds, you have your case.

Dynamic Pricing

We don’t believe in flat-rate pricing. It doesn’t work with specific scenarios, and we only want you to pay for what you actually need. Watch your price update on the fly in real-time as you design your case. Change foam material, number of cavities — and only pay for what you need.
